What is a workspace?
A workspace is an isolated Looona instance with its own reporters, reports, and settings. You can create multiple workspaces, each with its own plan — but some plans limit how many you can create: 1 for Free, 3 for Starter. Pro has no limit.
What is retention?
Retention refers to how long your backups are kept. With 7-day retention, backups older than 7 days are automatically deleted. The Pro plan keeps backups indefinitely.
What is allocated storage?
Allocated storage is the maximum space your database + backups can use. For example, a 2 GB database + 1 GB of backups = 3 GB used. Starter includes 5 GB, Pro includes 20 GB.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 workspace, 250 reports per month, and 100 MB of storage. No credit card required — just sign up and start collecting feedback.
Can I self-host Looona?
Absolutely. Looona is available as a single executable you can run on your own server. The self-hosted version has no limits on reports, users, or storage. Download it from the documentation and get started in minutes.
What happens if I exceed my monthly report limit?
On the Starter plan, additional reports are billed at €0.005 per report. On Pro, the rate drops to €0.004 per report. You will never be cut off — overages are simply billed at the end of the month.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our payment provider. All transactions are processed securely.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Cloud data is stored in encrypted databases with automatic daily backups on Starter and Pro plans. If you prefer full control, the self-hosted option keeps all your data on your own infrastructure.
